man.after pe,syida and i decided to do some footwork ands stuff.then we realised that coach trainings in the past was like hell and we are so unfit now.like totally!we did only a few sets of side movement and we were perspiring like mad.man.this might be awake up call that our fitness is very very very low!!

anyway after which we started talking about the past-coach trainings, life in sec sch, netball and stuff.well it seems we missed it alot.well i totally do.i mean yes im settling down in a new cca rockclimb which i totaly like but those days in the past are equally precious to me too.well now wan i'm watching the movie the sisterhood of the travelling pants, i missed it even more so.netball was my life then.those days when we met the shooters early in the morning when we arrived in school.how we hang out at the area where they were shooting.the trainings: the rough and tough times and also the fun times.it was really cool.the punishment we had to do if we did a bad pass or just didnt get the timing drill/courtwork done properly.harhar.oh well...here's a shout out to all my teammates and buddies in netball.i love you babes.no matter where you are, we'll also still be one as a team.yups.we must keep in contact with each other once in a while no matter how busy we are okies.well god bless you guys in whatever you do.lots of love..adora.
