Its been days since i lasted posted. Oh man, nationals cross country is so near!! I'll probably be the last in line to come and disgrace not only the school but myself too. I haven been running and just can't seem to be able to get back my fitness. I really do want my fitness back asap. I want to be better than before. That means faster and with more stamina too. Fast enough to do very speedy sprints and enough stamina to last me through out the whole 4 quarters.
I didnt go out with the trackers to turf city as i was very tired and my dad sought of didnt want me to go either. He was the one to wake me up instead of my alarm clock.Harhar. ooh. He was bright and early today.So instead i slept for a while more. Got up and went to practise my piano before deciding to go down for a swim. Man, i miss the pool. The water was so nice and cooling, it was so refreshing. Did laps started with 1 by 1 than slowly progress to 2 then 3 then 4. Increase it bit by bit since its been a long time since i have swam. So nice to go slow and just relax ur muscles in the pool. I didnt feel like leaving it but i had to as i had some things to attend to. Man. If only i stayed in a condo. It will be WOWW!!! i have the gym, pool everything i need to destress and exercise. Harhar. The only thing left out is a track. Maybe one day Condos should look into it. Built a track around the tennis courts n playground or something. Harhar. Bet lots of sports fanatic people will buy those units in the condo. Hehe.
Went for renegades later.It started to rain initially but thank GOd it stopped. It was qin yi birthday today too. HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO HER TOO!!!! I played centre. The first quarter or game we played with tj went pretty well. I was actually quite amaze i mention to do relatively better than my normal. It felt so good man. Never experience that before though i played the game so many times. Maybe i did feel it before but this is like a refreshing thrill man. Harhar. However, after that quarter everything started to go down hill. I didnt play that well subsequently. Butduring a game with cj, coach asked me to worked on my sprints and i did. I must say when i realli sprinted, i felt so good too. Like its not that tiring or that
impossible. Harhar. But i have to increase the speed more and my stamina too coz half way thru i was tired. HEEHEE. GETTING fatter and unfit. URGH!!! i want to be fast and speedy. SHeesh. I have to work on my footwork and ball catching too.
I so didnt like the teacher frm that netball team. She was way too straightforward i find. She just told me in the face im not cut out for rock climb cause i have a big butt. Ok maybe it might be true, but i haven even fully started my climbing trainings how can you just say me like that.So discouraging man. She wants me to join netball but she doesn't need me now so she says join next year. I guess thats because they need players next year. So ......! Well i dont think im gonna join, just stick to the club netball thats it for me. Harhar.
I'm gonna prove her wrong, i will do well for climbing and increase my speed and stamina for my runs. I will ACHIEVE my GOALS!! i will and i must..No one is gonna tear me down! MAY GOD ALWAYS BE WITH AND BLESS ME!!
