Man i feel so guilty. I didn't go running with the long distance trackers. They went to turf city to run the girls route some more. I feel so bad like i miss out the training. What if i slacken from my timing, what if my fitness drops then how? Oh no...How will i then compete, probably end up humilating myself. That will be so embarrassing. I so have to buck up man.
However , the rest of the trackers went for gym today. It was quite fun. I did those for your calves and hamstring. The hamstring was so tiring. No wonder i can't jumo so high, cause my hamstring is so weak!! Man, I'm so gonna try to train and build up my hamstring muscles so i can jump higher and maybe run even faster. That will be so good! harhar. Hopefully matt can help me with it or i will have to find someone to help me. x country trials is on wed, hopefully i can improve on my timing. Besides i have also finally gotten the orientation form for db. Harhar.can't wait. Hope it will be fun.
